What’s our return policy?
We don’t offer returns, but we do exchanges. If there’s something wrong with your order, contact us at support@basajaunstudio.com.
Do we offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact us at support@basajaunstudio.com with photos of the faulty or damaged items, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Currently, we only offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size will fit better, check our sizing charts, available in the product description section of our store for every item. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please inform us at support@basajaunstudio.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
